Absolutely love this place! We will be back again and again. The rolls are an actual meal, they do not skimp on the ingredients. The kimchi ramen had just enough spice, it hit the spot. Our waitress was super friendly, too, always a plus! I'm craving their food as I write this.
First time visiting Kisara. Very pleasant surprise. Lots of traditional Japanese and Korean dishes but also so very eclectic dishes too. We loved the bulgogi tacos and bibimbap. The server was extremely attentive and friendly. Can't wait to go back.
Update: it’s been two years since the below and I have been back more times then I care to admit. I have recommended to many. Love this place. My favs : Kisara special roll Hot and Spicy Ramen This is the first time I feel I have had actual good sushi rolls in western ma. Staff was great, food was fresh, all was tasty , and presentation was great. I will absolutely be back.
Uni sushi was good!, and the sushi for 2 was amazing! Plus the sushie for 1 with cali roll (in the second picture )
Nice little place. Good prices and specials. I had the sushi bento box and it was great. The portions were good and the presentation was nice too.
Kisara is the only place I get sushi and my favorite place to eat out. I’ve been going since 2019 because Louis and the staff there are so welcoming, helpful and the food is the best. Do yourself a favor and check them outs
Consistently delicious food year after year. A staple restaurant in Easthampton. Whether you're getting sushi, ramen, or any other dish such as curry, you will be thoroughly pleased with the taste! Service is hit or miss. Usually, the server is incredible! The other night, the person we had seemed like they were absolutely miserable there. Kinda killed the vibe, but I hope things get better for her if it was just a rough night.

Having tried most of the Japanese restaurants within a 20-mile radius of Easthampton, I have to say that this sushi restaurant is undoubtedly the best in the area! If you visit, you must try the Uni and Ikura - they are exceptional dishes ! What really stood out to me was the quality of the sushi rice - it was cooked to perfection and made every roll a delight to eat. The portions were generous for the price, making the overall experience even more worthwhile. The best part, however, was the great service from the staff! They were attentive and knowledgeable, suggesting unique and delicious items that absolutely hit the spot. If you're searching for an authentic Japanese restaurant with the best sushi in town, this is the place to go – highly recommended!
